PEOPLE ALLIANCE WORKFORCE Staffing& RPO has an opportunity for an StaffingRPO &Client Manager focused on Sales/ Business Development/CRM. The successful candidate must come from a RPO / HR Staffing agency background.

Job Description
Targeted sales campaigns to achieve sales Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales & Overcome client resistance/objections to products,Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, email, Skype/face-to-face and written communication Maintain regular contact with Key Clients, Develop and maintain relationships Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase Identify and develop sources of potential clients Increase share of each market sector Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients & Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Managing Director and Marketing Manager• Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities • Advise Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director of client feedback/comments relating to the product content and pricing as well as company performance be able to match appropriate products to clients'requirements

Required Candidate profile

Must have a minimum of 1 years of Sales/ Business development experience within a staffing agency Manage accounts to achieve all established KPI's for placements, gross profit, call volume, new accounts generated, and leads contacted

Connect with existing clients and prospective clients primarily via phone or e-mail. Some travel may be required

Providing market expertise to educate clients through the recruiting cycle

Keeping up with existing and new client needs
