Job Description

Purpose

This role is responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the assigned region, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, promotional activities, and market research. This role ensures the successful implementation of marketing campaigns to support sales objectives, optimize customer engagement, and enhance the visibility of residential and commercial projects.

Role & responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Execution:

Develop and implement regional marketing plans, including media planning, hoarding space management, and print/digital campaigns.

Ensure the timely execution of project-specific marketing initiatives, aligning with the overall branding strategy.

Drive referral sales campaigns and coordinate with sales teams to track lead-to-sale conversion rates.

Brand Positioning:

Oversee project branding efforts to ensure alignment with target customer needs and market trends.

Collaborate with external agencies for creative development and promotional content.

Monitor the effectiveness of brand-building activities and suggest improvements as needed.

Lead Generation and Customer Engagement:

Plan and execute marketing activities to generate quality leads for residential and commercial projects.

Track and monitor lead generation performance, ensuring alignment with sales team requirements.

Support customer engagement initiatives by managing events, campaigns, and loyalty programs.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis for micro-markets.

Provide actionable insights and periodic updates on market trends and customer preferences.

Identify potential opportunities for new projects or marketing initiatives based on market dynamics.

Vendor and Agency Coordination:

Manage relationships with marketing agencies, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality services.

Negotiate with external partners for promotional activities, advertisements, and campaign execution.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Maintain MIS reports for marketing activities, including campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI.

Provide regular updates to the Head Sales and Marketing on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Digital and Social Media Management:

Oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.

Monitor online platforms for brand presence and customer interactions.

Ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives.


Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in any discipline and MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Work Experience (Range of years):

15 to 20 Years

Preferred Industry:

Experience in real estate marketing, with a strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and promotional campaigns.
