Mern Stack Architect -Noida only

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Guide and mentor engineering teams through technical decisions, best practices, and code reviews.
  
• Define and enforce architectural standards, development methodologies, and deployment pipelines.
  
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high productivity and scalability.
  
• Lead efforts in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  
• Own the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and architecting complex applications using the MERN stack.
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and modern frontend technologies.
  
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  
• Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps best practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless architecture and GraphQL.
  
• Familiarity with NoSQL and relational databases beyond MongoDB.
  
• Prior experience leading cross-functional agile teams.
  
• Contributions to open-source or tech community involvement.
