Job Description

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Good To Have Skills :Microsoft Windows Server Administration
  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : 1: Performs second level support of problems identified and aims to resolve 2: Assisting senior members in providing administration, testing maintenance and support for the IAM infrastructure along with complete end to end server certificate management 3: Ensures that correct resolutions are found and involves appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed 4: Works with senior members to designs and develop the architecture, including capacity and maintenance of the IAM environment
    • Technical Experience : 1: Experience of 2-4 years in supporting a Microsoft Active Directory environment 2: Good to have technical support experience and aptitude in a Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012 environment 3: Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies or server admin 4: Must have experience and Adherence to SSL/PKI certificate management 5: Engineering, implementing and monitoring security measures for the protection of Certificate management
    • Professional Attributes : 1: Strong communication and collaboration skills 2: Ability to facilitate knowledge transfer within team and outside customer groups 3: Ability to install and use a variety of software applications 4: Ability to work in a complex server environment 5: Team player
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelor degree in related field
    • Additional Information : 1: Should be capable of handling complete end to end server certificate management process
