    • Key Responsibilities : -Responsible for Managing End User Computing technical tower-Should Drive all Escalation within EUC-Should interact With Client on Day to day basis-Provide regular update to Client and to higher Management-Capture all open discussion points and get the open issue to Closure-Should be SCCM architect, who would plan SCCM infra changes and set the policies across for all End user devices

    • Technical Experience : -MECM, SCCM, Intune, OSD, SCCM Reporting, Software Distribution, Patching, Cloud Management gateway, MDT, SQL reporting, AD, GPO

    • Professional Attributes : -Good communication Skill-Good Client Handling Skill-Proficient in technology-Good in reporting

    • Educational Qualification : -BE/Btech /MCA

    • Additional Information : -Flexible with 24x7 work environment
