Role & responsibilities
- Experienced candidate with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm, including a minimum of 2 or more years in a project delivery role.
- Experience working in a finance shared services environment is a plus.
- Experience using the Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience using any Project Management tools.
- Experience in MIS reporting / Financial reporting: Hands-on experience with SAP HANA reporting, Analysis for Office is a must, exposure in Web Intelligence and Tableau is an added advantage.
- Experience of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects on time, across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and apply appropriate levels of challenge to workstream plans risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Executive presence and experience facilitating discussions with different stakeholders and perspectives.
- Experience of executive level reporting and communicating across all levels within the organization.
- Autonomous problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and team player skills.
- Demonstrated experience of working across cultures and countries and a working knowledge of communication/engagement styles.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with virtual teams across multiple time zones and in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work on deliverables with minimal monitoring.
- Highly motivated and very organized.
- High English communication (written and verbal) skills.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with exceptional communication skills and reporting skills.
