Mis Reporting Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Experienced candidate with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm, including a minimum of 2 or more years in a project delivery role.
• Experience working in a finance shared services environment is a plus.
• Experience using the Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience using any Project Management tools.
• Experience in MIS reporting / Financial reporting: Hands-on experience with SAP HANA reporting, Analysis for Office is a must, exposure in Web Intelligence and Tableau is an added advantage.
• Experience of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects on time, across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically and apply appropriate levels of challenge to workstream plans risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Executive presence and experience facilitating discussions with different stakeholders and perspectives.
• Experience of executive level reporting and communicating across all levels within the organization.
• Autonomous problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and team player skills.
• Demonstrated experience of working across cultures and countries and a working knowledge of communication/engagement styles.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with virtual teams across multiple time zones and in a matrix organization.
• Ability to work on deliverables with minimal monitoring.
• Highly motivated and very organized.
• High English communication (written and verbal) skills.
