Hardware Devices (Laptop/Desktop/Phone Systems)
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Understanding of ITIL Framework. Working knowledge of Incident Management and Request Management workflows.
Hand on knowledge on any Remote Assistance Tools.
Role and Responsibility :
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
Mphasis Job Required Skills:
- Good Communication written & Verbal skills.
- Qualification- Any Graduates
- Experience- 0 to 1 year of Technical Support Voice Experience/ Telecom
- Shifts- 24*7.
- 2 Rotational weekly offs.
- 9 Hours Login ( With 1 Hour Break ).
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities.
- Must have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
