MPI Engineer

This role is tasked will perform regular product evaluations of machining parts by dimensional and NDT testing record inspection results, and recommend controlling to the production process. To excellent in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent quality control standards, NDT testing techniques especially Magnetic practical testing method and knowledge of GD&T and metrology.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform NDT Level II - Magnetic Particle Inspection. Head shot- florescent or equivalent method.

Inspection of Precision Machined (CNC) parts and execute tests to check final products adherence to the company standards.

Read drawings, Inspection plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services

Perform calibration of equipment and Gauges and maintain records.

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming and outgoing parts and products.

Guide the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. And able to give suggestion for resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Thorough knowledge of quality documentation and record keeping and control

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIANCE:

• Diploma in mechanical or equivalent qualification.
• Certification ASNT Level II for NDT Magnetic particle testing method.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• A minimum of 3~5 years experience in quality NDT testing (MPI)
