Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : A-Handle P1/P2 Incident, Problem ticket, Change Request and Service Requests B-Network Architecture designing and administration of all Network devices including monitoring, maintenance and support C-Configuration, backup and restore of devices D-Knowledge of Microsoft NPS E-Hands On Microsoft DHCP F-Knowledge of Citrix NetScaler G-Expert level knowledge of managing and troubleshooting HP/Aruba based Wireless Infrastructure H-IP address Management
  • Technical Experience : A-Hands on Experience in HP switching, HP MSM controller, Aruba Switching and Aruba IAP and VC with good wireless knowledge B-Knowledge of SD WAN, DHCP and Radius C-Hands on experience of Solarwinds IPAM, SAM, NCM, NTA modules Not NPM D-Hands on experience of Cisco Wireless, Cisco ISE/ACS, Cisco ASA Firewall, Juniper SSL VPN, Cisco Routing Switching, Stingray Traffic Manager - Reverse Proxy/Load Balancer E-Capability to identify and isolate technical problem and provide SME level support
  • Professional Attributes : A-Ability to work on multivendor portal and service management tools B-Strong verbal and written communication including negotiation skills C-Ability to handle pressure and willing to work as multitasker
  • Educational Qualification : Any graduate/ Post graduate who are having these skills
  • Additional Information : Additional Certification will add more value
