Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create the process strategy for respective area that is aligned to overall functional strategy.
  • Create, review and approve procedures, define guidelines in line with functional strategy, also subject to Business review and approval. 
  • Creation/ inputs to required Policies from time to time.
  • Create the end-to-end process design and enforce across the business units.
  • Final authority to sign off any kind of design changes, adaptation and maintaining compliance of overall design, however also subject to Business approval.
  • Evaluate the legal, statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, ensure changes to the design as needed.
  • Work directly with BPO service provider Transformation and Functional Leads to identify key transformation priorities and align strategic priorities with Business
  • Act as the Business Partner with BU’s interlinking the Group, BU and function objectives identifying key joint integration projects or priorities.
  • Support operating teams by defining the right operating metric, providing process best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provides leadership and expertise for deployment of key initiatives in collaboration with Business, Finance, Specialized Finance, BPO service Provider, functional owners / teams.
  • Partner with aligned functional change manager to drive stakeholder alignment and support change adoption with articulation of changes and impact to teams
  • Builds roadmap for process knowledge competencies

What you bring

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field. Finance domain & statistical skills in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Experience in core Finance as a Global Process Owner
  • Technically proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Solution oriented mindset with focus on Automation and Process Excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Should possess relevant knowledge in tools & technology supporting Finance domain to identify & implement AI opportunities in relevant finance field
