Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Handling the incorporation of a company, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), Liaison office, Branch office, Project office
  • Knowledge of obtaining business registrations like PAN, TAN,IEC, Profession Tax, Provident Fund, etc.
  • Preparation of secretarial documents with respect to the Board meeting & General meetings.
  • Preparation and filing of e-forms under Companies Act 2013, Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
  • Liasoning and coordination with clients and other stakeholders
  • Liasoning with the Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India, Regional Director, and other regulators
  • Managing ad hoc secretarial compliances and transactions
  • Keeping abreast of recent amendments additions and communication of the same to the manager.
  • Assisting in drafting of legal agreements including but not limited to shareholders agreement, joint venture agreements, etc.

Assisting in research under Companies Act and FEMA

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Good communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good regulatory knowledge and skillful effective application of the same in various assignments
  • Ability to adhere to regulatory timeframe
  • Proactive, on communication with clients on compliance matters
  • Energetic and open to learning and dealing in matters not dealt before

Independent, organized, and self-motivated

Experience:
2-3 years of post-qualification experience
