Job Description

  • Product Information Systems Coordinator
  • We are looking for candidates having experience into PIM/ DAM (Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management)
  • Responsible for ensuring PIM and DAM systems correctly facilitate the product information.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must have Basic excel knowledge .
  • The PI Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the PIM and DAM systems correctly facilitate the product information and content requirements of the business across multiple sales channels
  • To maintain the integrity, consistency & organisation of product meta data, attribution and validation
  • To actively assist the Product Information Leads with the reporting and tools needs to manage the operational delivery of new line launches and content

What you need to do

  • Product Information Data Templating: Manipulation of PIM system to output consistent & accurate product data to exact specifications, abiding by defined data organisation and governance rules.
  • Consult for the wider Product Information team providing systemic expertise on how to achieve their customer facing requirements in the most technically sustainable way and implementing these changes accordingly
  • Provide daily access to reporting on data from workflow and new item status to data completion and normalisation
  • Support the Systems and Process Lead in the migration and preparation of data to power new customer facing functionalities
  • Daily changes and improvements to how customer facing information is displayed
  • Liaise with IS to resolve issues, mitigate impact of unforeseen downtime and clearly communicate resolution statuses with the team

What you need to know and show

  • Experience working with data bases and data is essential
  • Exceptionally computer literate with advance spreadsheet capability is essential
  • A logical thinker able to reverse engineer complex problems
  • Arrive at confident, clear decisions out of ambiguous situations
  • Excellent time management and ability to identify commercial priorities
  • Excellent communication skills able to convey abstract concepts clearly in context of customer facing impacts
