Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM with Time and Labor SME and nice to have an understanding of PPM modules.
  • Responsible for system support for Time and Labor/OTL, modules of Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • A primary point of contact to manage the functional requirements to integrate with PPM and liaise with technical teams on issue resolution.
  • Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop, enhance, implement, and maintain fully functional, integrated, and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards and IT Change control processes.
  • Partner with business teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements.
  • Mentors and directs the work of other business systems employees.
  • Working with business, technical, and Oracle teams should manage the patch cycles, by assessing and mitigating the impact of upcoming patches and managing the logging/working on SRs to resolution.
  • Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary.
  • Negotiates with business to prioritize requests that support business objectives and drive business assessment of project cost/benefits.
  • Leads change management initiatives, validates recommended changes, and communicates/markets plans. Reviews and provides input on training documentation and develops processes to measure the success of changes.


Preferred candidate profile

Seeking a skilled Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/OTL skills having at least 5 years of Support experience in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor. In this role, individuals will be responsible for the Support of OTL application and handling day-to-day support queries from business users and the development team.


  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules Support experience is preferred.
  • Having good functional experience and expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor, modules.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Fast Formulae.
  • Solid business understanding of HCM/Time and Labor, modules processes is required.
  • Nice to have Skills: Oracle Cloud PPM module, Security, Approval Workflow Rules, and HCM Experience Design Studio Personalization setups.
