4. Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.
5. Design and implement compensation plans, including salary, bonuses, and incentives, to attract and retain top talent.
6. Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulatory requirements, optimizing compensation structures for effectiveness and equity.
