Personal Assistant
Job Description
The Personal Assistant role a highly organized and proactive individual to support senior management in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of experience and a Graduate qualification. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review and decision-making processes.
- Manage senior executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle documentation such as drafting letters, emails, memos, and other forms of communication.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools
