Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executives calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Organize and manage files and databases to ensure accurate business information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office management systems and MS Office.
