Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for records and documents
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings and materials.
  • Handle routine office tasks such as data entry, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a relevant administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred; diploma in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Freshers with good communication skills (both verbal and written) & good excel skills are also welcome
