The Planning and Control Manager will play a critical role in the real estate development industry, specifically focusing on hotel, mall, or high-end commercial construction projects. With 12-15 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and budget control activities to ensure the successful execution of development projects in Lucknow. Experience:

• 12-15 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management
• Demonstrated track record of successful planning and control management in hotel, mall, or high-end commercial construction
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating project planning activities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for hotel, mall, and high-end commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Analyze project performance data to evaluate cost efficiency and identify areas for improvement
• Provide regular reports on project status, budget variance, and schedule adherence to senior management
• Lead and mentor a team of planning and control professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and safety requirements throughout project execution

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Construction Management from (NICMAR / CEPT) or Project Management (preferred)

Certification Required:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification(preferred)
• LEED Accredited Professional (preferred)

• Thorough understanding of sustainable construction practices and green building principles
