Plant Operation

Positions Required:-    Field Officer, Shift Manager, Field In charge, Panel Officer.

Plant Experience Required:- Acetylene / VCM / Calcium Carbide / Chlor Alkali / PVC / O&Us

Job Description:-

• Oversee and coordinate all activities during assigned shifts to ensure seamless and efficient plant operations.
• Monitor production processes closely to guarantee adherence to established schedules and quality standards.
• Uphold strict compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve any operational issues or disruptions that may arise during the shift.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of production output, inventory levels, and other relevant operational metrics.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for shift team members and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
• Develop, implement, and adjust shift schedules as needed to optimize workforce utilization and productivity.
• Facilitate effective communication and foster collaboration across departments to achieve operational goals during each shift.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Lead and motivate shift teams to achieve performance targets and maintain a positive work culture.
• Prepare and submit shift reports summarizing key activities, production data, incidents, and any issues encountered.
