Positions Required:- Lead Safety, Senior Engineer Safety, Engineer - Safety

Job Description:-

Implement and continuously improve the plant safety management system aligned with ISO 45001 and legal compliance requirements.

Conducting and ensuring worker/staff training in such as safety Laws and Regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.

Facilitate Identifying and eliminating unsafe practices and unsafe conditions through inspections and audits.

Ensuring regular maintenance of all safety gadgets

Increasing health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.

Monitoring the compliance of all the EHS legal requirements and presenting the findings to Safety Head.

Coordinating the training of safety personnel, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, workplace inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures.

Conduct weekly safety meeting with all contractors plant safety committee meetings, contractor safety committee meetings as per plan.

Conduct safety trainings such as Induction, TBT, Work at Height, Hot Work, etc.

Maintain detailed safety documentation, including safety manuals, procedures, and records.

Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans.

Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Apply safety engineering principles to design and implement safety solutions.

Develop and monitor key safety performance indicators (KPIs).

Support in implementing PSM procedures at Site.

Monitor contractor safety performance, conduct onboarding programs, and ensure adherence to site safety rules

Participate In Incident investigations and ensure timely completion of CAPA.

Implement digital transformation intiatives initiatives in safety monitoring, reporting, and compliance using modern tools.

Foster a proactive safety culture among employees and promote continuous improvement in safety practices.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials. ofile
