Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the MEPF design team, providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of design projects.
- Collaborate with the project management team to understand the project requirements and develop MEPF design strategies that align with the project goals.
- Review and analyze technical specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation to develop comprehensive MEPF designs that meet regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals related to MEPF systems.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure the feasibility and compliance of MEPF designs with local regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate MEPF design requirements into the overall project plan.
- Participate in design review meetings, providing input and recommendations to optimize MEPF systems' performance and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEPF design and incorporate innovative solutions into project designs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
