Production Chemist
Role & responsibilities
- API Production: Execute and oversee the manufacturing processes of active pharmaceutical ingredients, following approved batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery for API Production like Reactor, Centrifuge, RCVD, ANFD etc, ensuring smooth and trouble-free production operations.
- Technology Transfer and Validation: Collaborate with the R&D team during validation batch or Technology Transfer.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all production activities, batch records, and deviations, in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Quality Awareness: Monitor and control critical process parameters to ensure the production of high-quality APIs that meet regulatory standards and company specifications.
- Safety and Environmental Compliance: Follow safety protocols, promote a safety-first culture, and adhere to environmental regulations in all aspects of API manufacturing.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on the latest manufacturing techniques and industry trends.
Preferred candidate profile
- B. Sc. Chemistry / B. E. (Chemical)/ B.Pharm
- Must have a Prior experience (of 1-3 years) in API manufacturing in pharmaceutical industry.
- Candidate should have good communication skill in Hindi ,English &Bengali.
