    • Key Responsibilities : 1We are looking to hire delivery leaders who have experience in managing end to end delivery of large and complex Infrastructure Outsourcing programs for our India delivery centers 2For this role,we are looking for professional who have technical/Operational expertise in managing Remote Infrastructure Support 3This position is a key leadership role and will require experience in client management including participation governance review meetings,good communication,complex problem management

    • Technical Experience : 1Managing 24x7 delivery Operations 2People Management - Recruit, motivate and develop highly skilled staffs that focuses on service delivery of key performance metrics as per the client contract 3 Manage Daily Operations, - Analyze service performance data Analytical skills and drive initiatives aimed at performance improvement Across Technology Domains work with the team to understand the problem and take it to closure including in certain situations lead the problem resolution him/herself

    • Professional Attributes: 1Proactive Delivery Management - Suggestions on Improvement Plans; Understanding the requirement and propose solutions to meet clients business requirements 2Should proactively anticipate problem and potential issues that could lead to escalations based on inputs from the team

    • Educational Qualification: 1Graduate2Knowledge of AWS, 3Azure and other cloud

    • Additional Information: 1Industry certification like MCSE/CCNA/CCNP/etc optional 2Exp, in tier 1 IT Service Provider Org
