Project Contracts Manager
Job Description
Handling a contract management for construction project. Maintain contractual detail for all partners and issuing contractual note if any discrepancy. Monitoring invoice, certification, compliance monitoring.
Role & responsibilities
- Conducting Kick Off Meetings with contractors
- Ensuring contractual compliances
- Driving the Change management processes
- Claims and disputes management
- Review and Preparation of contractual correspondence
- Preparation and ensuring timebound circulation of MIS
- Reconciliation of payments/ receivables
- Contract closure compliance and related activities
- Review of Extension of time requests and advising management on related contractual consequences/ remedies
- Coordinating with Projects teams and ensuring that necessary statutory compliances are in order
- Collaborate with customers and other functional vertical
- Issuing and maintain contractual letters
- Sound knowledge in contracts documents
- Follow-up and closing compliance requirements.
- Knowledge in COP processing and certification tracker to be maintained.
Preferred candidate profile
10+ years in Contract management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent organizational, Problem solving, Project management and communication skills.
Education
UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical
