Role & responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for solar panel manufacturing projects , ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards and project requirements.
Project Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budget, and resource allocation.
Budget Management: Ensure effective resource utilization and manage project budgets to achieve cost efficiency.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure success.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
Project Closure & Handover: Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients.
Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.
Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of international quality standards (e.g., IEC, UL) and regulatory compliance.
Educational Background:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical with minimum 15 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing or renewable energy sector.
- MBA or PGDM in Project Management or Operations (preferred).

UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
