Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Project Head to lead our high-rise residential project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry regulations and client expectations.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Coordinate activities among various teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in project management within the high-rise residential sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
