Regional Manager/Institutional Unit Head – B2B
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Regional Manager / Institutional Unit Head to lead our school partnership initiatives in the designated region. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the K-12 education ecosystem, particularly in B2B sales and institutional engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving school tie-ups, building strategic relationships, and leading a team of Institutional Relationship Managers or Sales Executives.
- Lead and manage the team to drive B2B school partnerships and sales growth.
- Identify, engage, and close tie-ups with schools across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Own the entire sales cycle lead generation, pitch, negotiations, closure, and onboarding.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of targets by the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Ensure timely reporting of pipeline status, closures, and other key metrics to the senior leadership.
- Stay updated with education trends, competitor landscape, and regional market dynamics.
