Regional Sales Manager South Personal, beauty, hair care/FMCG- Bangalore (5+ Years)


Seeking a MBA professional having 6 years of experience in sales in professional division with Personal, beauty, hair care/FMCG, with at least 4 years as an ASM. You will be responsible for enhance productivity with action plans, craft sales strategies for existing and new products, and manage channels while adhering to market policies


Strong FMCG acumen is essential. Working with professional division- (Saloon/SPAs etc) will be an advantage.


Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:


1. Achieve sales and profit targets in the region by implementing defined strategies and campaigns.

2. Build and nurture customer/client relationships to maximize business opportunities.

3. Execute action plans to enhance business productivity.

4. Develop annual and monthly sales plans for both existing and new products.

5. Manage channels and ensure adherence to market policies and scheme implementation.

6. Research and identify potential customers and market opportunities.

7. Plan sales promotion activities in coordination with the Marketing team.

8. Collaborate with C & F and corporate office for smooth sales plan execution.

9. Coordinate with Brand Managers for marketing initiatives and sales development.

10. Provide training and coaching to the sales team.

11. Demonstrate strong FMCG business acumen.


Requirements:

1. Hold an MBA from a well-regarded business school.

2. Possess a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

3. Specifically, must have at least 4 years of experience as an ASM (Area Sales Manager).

4. Additional assignments in MT (Modern Trade), E-Commerce, Customer Marketing, or Trade Marketing are beneficial.

5. It's advantageous for the candidate to have strong analytical skills.

6. A minimum of 6 years of experience is required, with a mandatory 4 years in the role of ASM or BDM (Business Development Manager).
