Job Description

Purpose of the Job

1) The Job takes care of Non Voice Communication for retaining the DTH customers and prevents them from churning. It also requires lot of analysis and project strategies which is to be implemented Nationally.

2) Profile evolves around customer communication in forms of digital & non digital modes. Strong command over English is required. Person has to possess higher presentation skills to present larger group

3) Data manning & analyzing efficacy of campaign/activity being run. Inputs & ownership to keep customer connected M-O-M. Governance of end to end customer communication policy

4) Creating/auditing SOPs & existing processes for customer experience


Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

  • 1) Ensuring SOP execution & process adherence for last mile
  • 2) Driving Retention efficiencies through Non-Voice Communication
  • 3) Ensure effective and strategic communication through SMS- OBD & other Non-Voice modes
  • 4) Driving retention in 0+ bucket . Analysing Portfolio and driving through customer offers / sms/ OBD/ Coordination with field
