Role & responsibilities

The Screw filling line Operating person for material handling ensures the continuously supply of the filling line with the shells & explosives. At the same time, it ensures the inter operational transfer or removal of filled shells from the production building. Operating personnel for material handling works under the supervision of the production supervisor. Operating per-sonnel for material handling coordinates his work with SA-15 operator

1Bring explosive packages to the workplace

2 Open the explosive package and dispense it into the vibrating table.

3 Removal of empty packages, cleaning of the workplace.

4 Cleaning the explosive handling system according to the specified cleaning intervals.

5 Unpacking, loading shells into the tempering room.

6 Handling shells onto the carriages

7 Preparing filled shells for removal, palletizing.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

Must: • 10+ ITI Fitter, electrical, others Desirable •

Basic knowledge of English. • Computer knowledge would be a plus.

Relevant Experience:

Must: • ITI Desirable: • Previous work experiences a materials / stores.
