Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of filling line before filling, starting the heating, setting the machine to the basic position, checking the correct setting of all parts of the filling Machine.
• Preparation of technological tools, assembly of technological tools on the machine.
• Preparation of shells before filling, preparation of volumetric shells, LOTs creation included volumetric & divided shells.
• Loading & unloading carriages with shells into the filling machine.
• Operation of induction preheating of shells
• Assembly / dis-assembly of shell rings (if used)
• Cleaning the filling & milling machines after end of the day work / shift.
• The operator shall perform full changeover of the tooling and machine setup during a calibre / product changeover.

Educational Qualification:

Must:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Desirable

• Basic knowledge of 5S / 7QC Tools

Relevant Experience:

Must:

• Diploma - Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Team Player. Analytical Skills. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Desirable:

• Ammunition or related industry experience.
