Required for Sales Manager SME - Machinery Loan

Education : Graduate in finance or marketing

Experience : Min. 4 to 10 years in SME - Business Loan Segments

Location : Ahmedabad

 

Execution KRA :

>>  Recruitment and management of intermediaries like CA's for generating the required business

>>  Daily activity to generat leads & leads management

>>  Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.

>>  To ensure adherence to the company credit policy and processes

>>  To build up relationship with prospective and current clients

>>  DSR Updation on daily basis(DSAR Mobile App)

>>  Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT.

>>  Daily reporting to BM/BDM

>>  To achieve the target as decided from time to time.

>>  To ensure the quality of the portfolio is maintained as per company norms
