Job Description

  1. Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  2. Maintaining statutory registers and records.
  3. Monitoring regulatory changes and advising on their impact.

  12. Providing advice and recommendations to management on various matters.
  13. Liaising with external professionals such as lawyers, auditors, and regulators
