Role Summary

Showcase the delivery roadmap to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and business leaders; coordinate and oversee steering committee meetings for comprehensive status updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BU Leaders, CIOs and BRMs on successful program delivery within DSS COE
  • Showcase the delivery roadmap to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and business leaders; coordinate and oversee steering committee meetings for comprehensive status updates.
  • Support architecture review board, DevOps and deployment activities, and Manage Release Calendar co-ordination.
  • Lead and facilitate collaborative initiatives across Centers of Excellence (CoE) to enhance business value.
  • Promote delivery excellence by establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely execution, quality delivery. Regularly report progress to senior leadership.
  • Accountable for spearheading the transformation from project-oriented to product-focused approaches across multiple geographic locations.
  • Facilitate budgeting, hiring, and resource allocation for the pods.
  • Lead teams across delivery, architecture, product, platform, and PMO functions in either direct reporting or matrix Org.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing people's performance and the merit cycle.
  • Manage strategic partnerships by actively participating in vendor selection processes, crafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and overseeing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Leverage expertise to drive effective collaborations and ensure optimal vendor relationships in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development through guidance, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive innovation within the organization by spearheading initiatives that foster creative thinking, experimentation, and the implementation of cutting-edge solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging technologies and industry trends. Encourage a culture of innovation, where team members are inspired to contribute novel ideas and solutions, ultimately enhancing the organization's competitiveness and market position.
