Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

    • Key Responsibilities : Client relation management, Operations management, People and Performance management, Budget / cost pyramid management, Transition management, Provide cross functional support

    • Technical Experience : Ensure client value creation, Maintain good rapport with clients, Participate in client meeting and client reviews, Manage client communications including knowledge transfers, Show case service desk capabilities to prospective clients

    • Professional Attributes: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email etiquette- Good problem solving and analytical skills

    • Educational Qualification: - Bachelors degree

    • Additional Information: - 24x7 roster- Weekly offs based on roster
