Project Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : a Should have experience in leading a multi region multi language service deskb Should have led a successful SD team of atleast 25-30 agents supporting 24x7 Service Deskc Should be able to continuously identify and implement service improvements clearly demonstrating value to the client

  • Technical Experience : a Should have good knowledge of RTS technologies specially on Workplace, Voice and other end user trouble shootingb Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issuesc Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teamsd Very good knowledge on technicalities of SD/Call manager/all related technologies in setting up, migrating or enabling Service Deske Excellent communication and team handlingskill
