Service Engineer – CAD/CAM – Delhi NCR

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Install Dental CAD CAM Machines, Dental CNC Machines, and Dental Lab Scanners at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
• Install and set up products of Brands like 3shape, Mihm-vogt, VOP, Arum, DG Shapes, VHF, Dental 3D printers, Intra Oral Scanners.
• Working on Different softwares of above Brand like Mill Box, Apex Mill, Hyperdent, Chitoo box, 3Shape, Exocad etcs.
• Training:
• Provide comprehensive training to clients on the use and maintenance of dental CAD CAM machines, dental CNC machines, and dental lab scanners.
• Repair & Maintenance:
• Perform regular maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair Dental CAD CAM Machines, Dental CNC Machines, and Dental Lab Scanners.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and software issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Demonstration:
• Provide comprehensive demonstrations of the equipment to clients, showcasing its features and capabilities.
• Troubleshooting:
• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues related to Dental CAD CAM Machines, Dental CNC Machines, and Dental Lab Scanners.
• Customer Support:
• Offer exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Travel:
• Travel to client locations as required for installations, repairs, and support.

Mandatory Experience Required:

• Technical Knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge of Dental CAD CAM Machines.
• Familiarity with Dental CNC Machines.
• Understanding of Furnaces used in dental applications.
• Proficient in using and troubleshooting Dental Lab Scanners.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating system installation.
• Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Travel-friendly and adaptable to different work environments.
