JOB DETAILS:

Job Title: Service Engineer (Desktop/Laptop/Network)

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibility:

  • Must be experience to handle Laptop and desktops issues related to hardware and software both.
  • Must be experience to handle issues related to OS, software, Outlook Email, Tally software c
  • troubleshoot, Exchange etc.
  • Have Basic knowledge on LAN, Connectivity related issues, Routers configuration, Firewall
  • Configuration, Printer related troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
  • Must be experience routers means basic router configuration only like home routers and small
  • business office routers.
  • Have only basic knowledge of firewalls.
  • Responsible to handle a network of 100+ PCS, Antivirus software, Firewall, Hardware support printer, scanner, CCTV, etc.
  • Experience in laptop & CCTV Support.
