    • Technical Experience : TM is ECS technical manager and manages the account from a technical perspective TM will work in seamless collaboration with EM and ECS internal delivery team TechOps for committed scope of delivery, also resolve technical complexities throughout customer engagement lifecycleResponsible for technical service delivery coordination, in collaboration with various ECS roles and functions as requiredEscalation point of contact for all technical issues related to customer landscape
