Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : Managing large-scale project or multiple small to mid-range projects with overall responsibility for projects successImplementing and following Project Management Office standard methodologies, processes and tools, developing and maintaining project documentation, work plans and project deliverableMaintaining accountability to leadership for project delivery and directionEstablishing and maintaining effective communications with team members, stakeholders, senior management and contacts

  • Technical Experience : Experience in managing ServiceNow implementationsExperience in using ServiceNow ITBM/ITSM/ITOM Product SuiteExperience with ServiceNow Service CatalogPMP certification

  • Professional Attributes : Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide clear messages to all management levelsDemonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or Business or related field

  • Additional Information : Assisting in the advancement of project management competencies, including mentoring/coaching
