Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of more than 5 years of experience in site engineering for residential high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Proficiency in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
