Role: SME Operations - IBMS/ELV

Location: Pune

Purpose

Lead - IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) Operations is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing IBMS strategies across multiple data centers. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve IBMS-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

Key accountability

IBMS Strategy: Lead the planning, design, and execution of IBMS strategies across multiple data centers to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
System Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily IBMS operations, including monitoring, diagnostics, and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Facilities, Security) to identify, address, and resolve IBMS-related issues, ensuring seamless system integration.
Preventive Maintenance : Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for IBMS equipment and systems to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
Technical Expertise & Best Practices: Provide technical guidance and leadership on IBMS best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards, ensuring that the organization is aligned with the latest innovations.
System Audits & Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regular assessments, inspections, and audits of IBMS systems to ensure they are compliant with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest advancements in IBMS technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation regarding IBMS performance, maintenance activities, and project status, presenting insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Vendor Management: Participate in the evaluation, selection, and management of IBMS vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Incident Resolution [P0]: Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely troubleshooting, and resolution of issues to minimize service disruptions with proper CAPA
Design Validation [L0] and witnessing T&C Activities [L4 & L5]: Ensure no SPOF and gaps in the design and ensure SOO & IST are aligned.
