  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Good To Have Skills :Configuration Database & CI Management
  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : Client communication, Software asset management, software compliance and audit
    • Technical Experience : Software Licensing knowledge knowledge on ITAM workflow Software Experience in working with SAM tools Working knowledge of Oracle/SAP/IBM/Microsoft Licenses Understanding the life cycle of a software license Should have prior experience on data center software licensing Well aware of the SAM procurement Hands on experience on SNOW tool Compliance and Consumption reporting knowledge Experience of on-boarding publishers Understands software AMC contracts
    • Professional Attributes : Excellent communication skills Good excel skills Open to 24/7 working environment
    • Educational Qualification : Graduate or above
    • Additional Information : Have knowledge on CMDB Audits Knowledge on discovery mechanism SCCM knowledge is an advantage
