Sr Executive/ Asst Manager -HR - Generalist

Handling end-to-end Payroll process.
 Handling Compensation related queries & Grievance address to employees.
 Generating Payroll Reports.
 Preparing Relieving & Service Certificate.
 Preparation of Payroll and Final settlements of employees on every month.
 Handling Salary Hold/Release process on Weekly & Monthly basis.
 Taking care of entire activities of ESI & PF from creating the account to claim the benefits.
 Handling various inspections under PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act and CLRA Act.
 Responsible for statutory audit (Internal & External) requirements.
 Directing the employees/claimants for claiming their statutory benefits (PF, ESI and LWF) to respective
government body.
 Registration, Remittance, Renewal & Filing Returns under S&E Act, Contract Labour Act, Professional
Tax Act & Labour Welfare Fund Act under various States.
 Documentation of Statutory Reports every month.
 Conducting Shops & Establishment and Contract Labor Audit.
 Handling government bodies directly for Labor interrelated
 Ensuring compliance by providing proficient guidance in payroll under State & Central Laws.
GENERAL ACTIVITES
 Responsible for post recruitment activities like Offer Generation, On-Boarding & Induction, Document
and Background Verification for selected candidates.
 To complete the employees joining formalities.
 Maintaining Employee Records and database.
 Responsible for coordinating with the insurance agencies to cover the employees under Medical Policy.
 Maintaining records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.
 Conducting Exit interview. Trace “The need recognition” of the employee with respective of the job.
 Identification of Effectiveness of training of the employees after completion of the training.
 Compilation & Processing of attendance data in system, Maintaining leave records, employees personal file and records.
Communicating HR policies to all employees in the organization.
