Technical Content Writer

Role & responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and proofread a variety of content, including:
• Blog posts, articles, and whitepapers
• Case studies and website copy
• Social media posts and marketing materials
• Internal communications, including leadership emails and corporate announcements
• Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, Presales, CoE and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business messaging.
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of fintech solutions, including payments, digital banking, and financial infrastructure.
• Experience writing for a Native American technical decision-maker audience.
• Experience with internal communications, including drafting executive communications.
• Excellent research skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
