Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
    • Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors, and nurture relationships with existing ones.
    • Expand business in retail, projects, and institutional channels.
  • Market Penetration:
    • Develop and execute territory-level strategies to increase brand presence.
    • Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Dealer & Channel Management:
    • Regular follow-ups with channel partners for orders, payments, and stock movement.
    • Support dealer network with schemes, branding support, and in-shop promotions.
  • Project & Institutional Sales (if applicable):
    • Build relations with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
    • Work closely with project influencers to generate long-term sales.
  • Team Coordination & Reporting:
    • Coordinate with internal teams supply chain, logistics, credit control, and marketing.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain daily reporting via CRM or reporting tools.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure high service levels, quick complaint resolution, and post-sales support.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of Tiles/Ceramic industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and retail networks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
