Role & responsibilities


We are seeking a highly driven Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow our retail sales in the Thane down region, covering Thane, KDMC, Ulhasnagar, and nearby areas. The role will involve handling dealers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring strong channel relationships and delivering sales targets.


Location- KDMC, Navi Mumbai Raig


  • Drive sales through existing dealer and distributor networks
  • Identify and appoint new channel partners in uncovered or potential areas
  • Achieve assigned sales, collection, and growth targets for the territory
  • Build strong and consistent engagement with retailers, influencers, and showroom staff
  • Conduct sales promotions, market visits, product trainings, and branding initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and suggest strategic actions
  • Ensure timely order booking, dispatch follow-up, stock movement, and payment collection
  • Regular fieldwork to ensure proper product display, scheme communication, and market coverage

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 2-10 years of experience in retail/channel sales, preferably in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials
  • Strong exposure to dealer-distributor management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and market development skills
  • Must be willing to travel extensively in the assigned region
  • Local market knowledge and language proficiency will be an advantage
