    • Key Responsibilities : 1: Manage the Incidents/Tasks and changes for the Voice Team 2: Coordinate with product and service vendors on Support Requests for problem diagnostics, log collection and problem resolution 3: Work towards resolution of incidents reported by users/monitoring tool - within SLA 4: Coordinate with product and service vendors on Support Requests for problem diagnostics, log collection and problem resolution 5: Create and publish Root Cause Analysis for Critical incidents

    • Technical Experience : 1: Troubleshooting of issues related to products like - Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Voice Gateway, Gatekeepers, Voice mail Server, IP phones , CUBE , soft phones , Analog gateways, UCCX, Recording solution Calabrio, Script management, Call Handler 2: Troubleshooting skills for Voice protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP 3: Knowledge on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling 4: Plan and test Voice network software upgrade

    • Professional Attributes : 1 Ability to organize and plan work independently2 Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment 3- : Good Communication Skills for interacting with US/UK Clients and team members
