Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : Handling Avaya AURA, SIP, Avaya System Session manager, SBC Avaya Oracle SBC, PBX, ACD, IVR, CMS, Media Gateways Knowledge on Avaya Server like S87XX, S83XX, S8500, IP office etc knowledge of IP telephony, SIP, Call Routing Techniques of ARS, AAR on Trunk config environment

  • Technical Experience : Minimum 4 Years

  • Professional Attributes : Avaya AURA, SIP, Avaya System Session manager, Oracle SBC

  • Educational Qualification : Graduate

  • Additional Information : Having good communication skill and ready to work in Night shift also
