US IT Recruiter / Sr. Technical Recruiter

Location : Chennai
Role & Responsibility:
Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.
Must have strong exp of end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience is required. (Preferably on W2)
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
